सीएम धामी ने समान नागरिक संहिता (यूसीसी) विधेयक उत्तराखंड 2024 को विधानसभा में पारित होने पर समस्त प्रदेशवासियों को शुभकामनाएं दी हैं। उन्होंने सदन के सदस्यों का भी आभार व्यक्त है। सीएम ने विधानसभा में प्रेसवार्ता को संबोधित करते हुए कहा कि यह उत्तराखण्ड के लिए ऐतिहासिक पल है जब देवभूमि के सदन से देश के पहले समान नागरिकता कानून को मंजूरी मिली है। उन्होंने कहा कि संवैधानिक प्रक्रिया को पूर्ण करने के लिए इसे जल्द ही राष्ट्रपति को भेजा जाएगा।

CM Dhami has congratulated all the people of the state on the passing of the Uttarakhand Uniform Civil Code (UCC) Bill 2024 in the Assembly. He also expressed his gratitude to the members of the House. Addressing the press conference in the Assembly, the CM said that this is a historic moment for Uttarakhand when the country's first uniform citizenship law has been approved by the House of Devbhoomi. He said that it will soon be sent to the President to complete the constitutional process.

समान नागरिक संहिता (यूसीसी) विधेयक उत्तराखंड 2024 विधानसभा में पारित कर दिया गया। विधेयक पर दो दिनों तक लंबी चर्चा हुई। सत्ता और विपक्ष के सदस्यों ने विधेयक के प्रावधानों को लेकर अपने-अपने सुझाव दिए। उत्तराखंड विधानसभा आजाद भारत के इतिहास में समान नागरिक संहिता का विधेयक पारित करने वाली पहली विधानसभा बन गई है।

Uniform Civil Code (UCC) Bill Uttarakhand 2024 was passed in the Assembly. There was a long discussion on the bill for two days. Members of the government and opposition gave their respective suggestions regarding the provisions of the bill. Uttarakhand Assembly has become the first assembly in the history of independent India to pass the Uniform Civil Code Bill.

मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती राधा रतूड़ी ने विधानसभा भवन में उत्तरकाशी के दिवारीखोल तथा रूद्रप्रयाग के तिलवाड़ा में प्रस्तावित राजीव गांधी नवोदय आवासीय विद्यालय की ईएफसी (व्यय वित्त समिति) की बैठक ली। इस दौरान सीएस ने इन प्रोजेक्ट्स के संबन्ध में नाबार्ड से स्वीकृति लेकर जल्द टेंडर की प्रक्रिया शुरू करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने इन विद्यालयों के भवनों के निर्माण के साथ-साथ ही इनमें विभिन्न स्टाफ की भर्तियों के अनुमोदन, फर्नीचर आदि की व्यवस्था करने के भी निर्देश दिए।

Chief Secretary Smt. Radha Raturi held the meeting of the EFC (Expenditure Finance Committee) of the proposed Rajiv Gandhi Navodaya Residential School at Diwarikhol in Uttarkashi and Tilwara in Rudraprayag at the Assembly Building. During this, the CS directed to start the tender process soon after obtaining approval from NABARD regarding these projects. Along with the construction of buildings of these schools, he also gave instructions to approve the recruitment of various staff, make arrangements for furniture, etc.

एसडीआरएफ द्वारा जनजागरूकता अभियान चलाते हुए राजकीय आदर्श इंटर गोरसाली, भटवाड़ी उत्तरकाशी में छात्र-छात्राओं एवं स्कूल स्टॉफ को आपदा प्रबंधन, राहत एवं बचाव कार्य, भूकंप से बचने के तरीके तथा प्राथमिक उपचार की बेसिक जानकारी दी गयी एवं साथ ही रोप रैपलिंग का अभ्यास भी कराया गया।

While running a public awareness campaign by SDRF, students and school staff at Rajkiya Adarsh Inter Gorsali, Bhatwadi Uttarkashi were given basic information about disaster management, relief and rescue work, ways to survive earthquake and first aid and also practiced rope rappelling.

राज्यपाल लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल गुरमीत सिंह (से नि) से राजभवन में ‘राष्ट्रीय एकता यात्रा’ पर आए कोहिमा, नागालैंड के छात्र-छात्राओं ने भेंट की। ‘ऑपरेशन सद्भावना परियोजना’ के अंतर्गत राष्ट्रीय एकता यात्रा में कोहिमा नागालैंड क्षेत्र के 4 शिक्षकों के साथ 20 छात्र-छात्राएं शामिल हैं। 13वीं बटालियन असम राइफल्स के सौजन्य से आए ये छात्र-छात्राएं देहरादून स्थित विभिन्न संस्थानों का भ्रमण कर रहे हैं।

Students from Kohima, Nagaland, who were on 'Rashtriya Ekta Yatra', met Governor Lt Gen Gurmit Singh (Retd) at Raj Bhavan. 20 students along with 4 teachers from Kohima Nagaland region are participating in the Rashtriya Ekta Yatra under ‘Operation Sadbhavna Project’. These students, who came courtesy of the 13th Battalion Assam Rifles, are visiting various institutions located in Dehradun.
