मुख्य सचिव श्रीमती राधा रतूड़ी ने विधानसभा भवन में उत्तरकाशी के दिवारीखोल तथा रूद्रप्रयाग के तिलवाड़ा में प्रस्तावित राजीव गांधी नवोदय आवासीय विद्यालय की ईएफसी (व्यय वित्त समिति) की बैठक ली। इस दौरान सीएस ने इन प्रोजेक्ट्स के संबन्ध में नाबार्ड से स्वीकृति लेकर जल्द टेंडर की प्रक्रिया शुरू करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने इन विद्यालयों के भवनों के निर्माण के साथ-साथ ही इनमें विभिन्न स्टाफ की भर्तियों के अनुमोदन, फर्नीचर आदि की व्यवस्था करने के भी निर्देश दिए।

Chief Secretary Smt. Radha Raturi held the meeting of the EFC (Expenditure Finance Committee) of the proposed Rajiv Gandhi Navodaya Residential School at Diwarikhol in Uttarkashi and Tilwara in Rudraprayag at the Assembly Building. During this, the CS directed to start the tender process soon after obtaining approval from NABARD regarding these projects. Along with the construction of buildings of these schools, he also gave instructions to approve the recruitment of various staff, make arrangements for furniture, etc.
