राज्यपाल लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल गुरमीत सिंह (से नि) ने गुरुवार को नई दिल्ली में एसआईए-इंडिया द्वारा आयोजित डीईएफएसएटी 2024 कार्यक्रम में बतौर मुख्य अतिथि प्रतिभाग किया। कार्यक्रम में अपने संबोधन में राज्यपाल ने कहा कि निश्चित रूप से रक्षा और अंतरिक्ष प्रौद्योगिकी के क्षेत्र में भारत का भविष्य उज्ज्वल होने के साथ-साथ आशा और आकांक्षाओं से भरा हुआ है।

कैबिनेट मंत्री डाॅ0 धन सिंह रावत ने प्रदेश अध्यक्ष महेन्द्र भट्ट के साथ ऋषिकेश रेलवे स्टेशन से अयोध्या जाने वाली ‘आस्था स्पेशल ट्रेन’ को हरी झंडी दिखाकर रवाना किया। आस्था स्पेशल ट्रेन के माध्यम से 1344 श्रद्धालु प्रथम रवानगी में अयोध्या पहुंचकर श्री रामलला का दर्शन करेंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि आस्था स्पेशल ट्रेन के संचालन से चमोली, टिहरी, ऋषिकेश, पौड़ी सहित पूरे प्रदेश के सभी रामभक्तों को सुविधा मिलेगी।

Cabinet Minister Dr. Dhan Singh Rawat along with State President Mahendra Bhatt flagged off the 'Aastha Special Train' going from Rishikesh Railway Station to Ayodhya. Through the Aastha special train, 1344 devotees will reach Ayodhya on the first departure and have darshan of Shri Ramlala. He said that the operation of the Aastha special train will provide convenience to all the Ram devotees of the entire state including Chamoli, Tehri, Rishikesh, and Pauri.

मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकारी डॉ0बी.वी.आर.सी पुरुषोत्तम ने सचिवालय स्थित अपने कार्यालय में मतदान प्रतिशत को बढ़ाने के लिए किए जा रहे प्रयासों की समीक्षा की। इस दौरान उन्होंने कहा कि मतदान प्रतिशत बढ़ाने के लिए टारगेटेड एप्रोच के साथ हर संभव प्रयास किए जाएं। सीईओ ने निर्देश दिए हैं कि प्रदेश के मतदाताओं को मतदान के लिए प्रोत्साहित करने के लिए विशेष अभियान चलाया जाए। साथ ही घर-घर जाकर मतदाताओं को वोट देने की शपथ दिलाने के लिए प्रदेशव्यापी अभियान चलाया जाए।

During this, he said that every possible effort should be made with a targeted approach to increase the voting percentage. The CEO has directed that a special campaign should be run to encourage the voters of the state to vote. Also, a state-wide campaign should be run to make voters take an oath to vote by going door-to-door.

राज्य में पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए पर्यटन विभाग, उत्तराखण्ड एवं आईआरसीटीसी के मध्य मानसखण्ड स्थित विभिन्न मंदिरों तथा अन्य स्थलों के दर्शन कराने के उद्देश्य से विशेष ट्रेन (मानसखण्ड एक्सप्रेस) चलाने के लिए एमओयू साइन किया गया। मानसखण्ड स्थित विभिन्न मंदिरों के दर्शन हेतु यह ट्रेन अप्रैल, 2024 में कोलकाता से चलाई जाएगी। उसके बाद अन्य शहरों से भी ट्रेन सेवा संचालित करने की तैयारी की जाएगी।

This train will be run from Kolkata in April 2024 to visit various temples located in Manaskhand. After that, preparations will be made to operate train services from other cities also.
