Employment Type

The posts are purely on contract basis for an initial period of one year. The tenure may be extended on a year-to-year basis subject to satisfactory performance. The services of selected candidates shall cease on the expiry of the term and they shall not be entitled to any claim for regularization or continuation of services or any consequential benefits.

The following posts are available under various schemes including Child Helpline 1098, Women Helpline 181, One Stop Centres, State Child Protection Society, and District Child Protection Units.

3. Child Help Desk at Railway Stations (Ambala & Hisar)

5. One Stop Centres (District Level)

Posts include Centre Administrator, Para Legal Personnel / Lawyer (Legal Counsellor), Psycho-Social Counsellor, Para Medical Personnel, Office Assistant (IT), Multi-purpose Staff / Cook, and Security Guard/Night Security. Detailed remuneration ranges from ₹13,000/- to ₹30,000/- per month depending on the post and qualifications required.

6. State Level (State Child Protection Society & SARA at Panchkula HQ)

Posts include Programme Officer (HSCPS), Account Officer, Programme Assistant (SARA), Accounts Assistant, and Assistant cum Data Entry Operator. Salaries range from ₹13,240/- to ₹34,755/- per month.

7. District Level (District Child Protection Units)

Posts include District Child Protection Officers, Protection Officers (Institutional/Non-Institutional Care), Legal cum Probation Officers, Counsellors, Social Workers, Accountants, Data Analysts, Assistant cum Data Entry Operators, and Outreach Workers. Salaries range from ₹10,592/- to ₹44,023/- per month.

Eligibility Criteria

• Resident of Haryana required for most posts.
• Educational qualifications vary from Matriculation to Postgraduate degrees depending on post.
• Relevant work experience ranging from 1 to 5 years is mandatory for higher-level posts.
• Proficiency in computers mandatory for several posts.

Age Limit

Minimum Age: 18 years | Maximum Age: 42 years (Relaxation as per Haryana Government rules for reserved categories).

Reservation Details

Reservations and age relaxations will be given as per Haryana Government policy. Preference will be given to women candidates for Women Helpline posts and Ex-Servicemen for Security posts.

Selection Process

• Applications will be scrutinized by Selection Committee at Directorate.
• Shortlisting will be done based on merit.

• Posts are purely contractual; not part of regular establishment.
