Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 5 years of work experience in the relevant field.
• Must be a permanent resident of the State of Haryana.
• Should not be a defaulter of the Short Term Cooperative Credit Structure or any other bank.
• Should not have had business relationship with the bank during the last three preceding years.
• The person having commercial dealings with the bank such as contractor, legal advisor, auditor, or similar professional relationship will be treated as having business relationship with the bank.
• Deposits with or borrowings from the bank alone will not be treated as business relationship for this purpose.
• The co-opted director must undertake not to take up professional work in any bank other than SCBs, DCCBs, and UCBs during the term as director.
• The co-opted director must also undertake not to take up professional work in the same bank for two years after demitting office.

Educational and Professional Background Accepted

• Accountancy: Qualified Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant.
• Agriculture: Agricultural Graduate, Post-Graduate, or Agricultural Engineer.
• Banking: Graduate with experience at Senior Management level.
• Finance, Economics, Commerce, or Business Administration: CFA, Post Graduate in Economics, Commerce, Finance, Management, or MBA.
• Law: Law Graduate or Post-Graduate.
