Application Process

1. Online Registration using Mobile Number & Aadhaar Number.
2. Creation of Login ID.
3. Filling complete online application form.
4. Uploading scanned documents and signed application copy.
5. Payment of prescribed application fee through online mode (Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card).
6. Final submission and printout of signed application form.

Candidates must ensure that all details are correctly entered before submission. No change in category or any other detail will be allowed after final submission. Applications without signed upload or required documents shall be summarily rejected.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications

• M.Sc. Computer Science (Regular 2-year course) OR
• MCA (Regular 3-year course) OR
• B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / IT (Regular course)
• Minimum 55% aggregate marks (52.25% for SC and PwBD candidates)
• Matric with Hindi/Sanskrit OR 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one subject
• Qualified HTET/STET
• Consistent good academic record

Age Limit (As on 09.03.2026)

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 42 Years
• Upper Age Limit with Relaxation (Except ESM): Not exceeding 52 Years

Age Relaxation

• SC/BC of Haryana – 5 Years
• PwBD – 5 Years (+ additional where applicable)
• Widow/Divorced/Unmarried Women – 5 Years
• Ex-Servicemen – Military Service + 3 Years
• Haryana Govt. Employees (Adhoc/Contract) – Equal to completed service period (Max 52 years)

Application Fee

Selection Process

1. Screening Test

• 100 MCQs | 2 Hours | 100 Marks
• Negative Marking: 0.25 per wrong answer
• Exam Medium: English
• Minimum 25% qualifying marks

2. Subject Knowledge Test

• 150 Marks | 3 Hours
• Weightage: 87.5%
• Minimum 35% qualifying marks

3. Interview / Viva-Voce

• Weightage: 12.5%
• Final Merit = Subject Knowledge Test + Interview

Reservation Details

Reservation benefits are applicable only to Haryana domicile candidates belonging to DSC, OSC, BC-A (Non Creamy Layer), BC-B (Non Creamy Layer), EWS, PwBD, ESM/DESM/DFF categories.

• 33% Horizontal Reservation for Women
• BC-A/BC-B/EWS certificates must be valid for Financial Year 2025–26
• Creamy Layer candidates will be treated as General category
• Reserved category candidates of other states will be treated as General category

• Haryana Public Examination (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act, 2021 applicable.
• Exam will be conducted strictly as per Service Rules and Government instructions.
