Remuneration / Salary Details

Annual CTC (Upper Range)	₹25.00 Lakhs

Annual Increment	Up to 10% (from 2nd year onwards, based on performance)
Contract Period	5 Years

Annual CTC is negotiable and depends upon experience, current emoluments, and place of posting. Contract can be terminated by giving 3 months’ notice from either side or payment/surrender of 3 months’ compensation.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification (As on 31.01.2026)

Graduation in any discipline from Government recognized University/Institution
Minimum 60% Marks
MBA / PGDM (Marketing / Finance or both) or equivalent from AICTE/UGC approved institution

Experience

Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience (Mandatory)
Preferred: Experience in BFSI sector
