Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline.

Desired Qualification and Experience

  • Post Graduate in any discipline with specialization in HR Management.
  • Minimum one year experience in handling administrative work in CFTIs and other organisations.
  • Good knowledge of computer applications such as emails, word processing, spreadsheet, presentation software, and operating systems like MS-Windows is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the Head of Section or other senior officials in the section.
  • Coordinating departmental activities, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and managing communication.
  • Maintaining and organizing departmental documents, files, and records.
  • Handling administrative tasks related to human resources such as RTI, parliamentary questions, ministry data requests, recruitment processes, attendance monitoring, and leave management.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis as required by departmental heads or higher authorities.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and institute guidelines within the department.
  • Handling any other administrative duties assigned by the department head or higher authorities.
