Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline
  • Preference will be given to candidates with MBA / CA / CFA / ICWA / CAIIB
  • For some posts, MCA / M.Tech candidates will be preferred
  • Knowledge of Advanced Excel and MS Office is desirable

Experience

  • Candidates from Co-operative Banks, Public Sector Banks, or Commercial Banks preferred
  • Minimum 5 years banking experience required for Manager and above positions
  • Minimum 3 years experience preferred for Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager
  • In-service candidates must provide No Objection Certificate (NOC) from employer
