Eligibility Criteria

• M.E. / M.Tech. / MS(R) or equivalent in ECE, EE, Microelectronics, VLSI Design, Embedded Systems, or allied subjects with 60% marks or equivalent.
• OR B.E. / B.Tech. / M.Sc. in ECE, EE, Electronics, Microelectronics, VLSI Design, Embedded Systems, or allied subjects with 60% marks or equivalent.
• Valid GATE / NET score is mandatory for candidates applying with B.E. / B.Tech. / M.Sc.
• Students awaiting results may also apply.
• Candidates with experience in Verilog, VHDL, and EDA tools such as Cadence and Synopsys will be preferred.
• For SRF, minimum two years of research experience in the VLSI domain is mandatory.

Age Limit

• JRF: 30 years
• SRF: 32 years
• Age relaxation is applicable for SC, ST, OBC, PH, and women candidates as per government norms.

Application Process

3. Apply through the contract/project staff/JRF/SRF tab.
4. Submit the form through the official portal before the last date.

Selection Process

• Candidates may be shortlisted based on merit and project requirements.
• Merely having the prescribed qualification does not ensure interview call.
• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
• Interview will be conducted in online mode.
• The selection committee will decide JRF or SRF level based on performance and skills.

Reservation and Fees

• 5% marks relaxation is available for ST, SC, and PH candidates.
