Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Degree in Law (LLB) from a University established by Law in India or equivalent declared by the Government.
• Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script.
• Knowledge of Rajasthani culture.
• Final year candidates are eligible provided they submit proof of qualification before the interview.

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 40 years

Reservation

• Vertical Reservation: SC, ST, OBC, MBC, EWS (only for Rajasthan domicile candidates).

Application Fees

Application Process

1. Visit the official website https://rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in.
2. Click on "Apply Online" and login via SSO Portal.
3. Complete One Time Registration (OTR) with name, father's name, date of birth, gender, Aadhaar details, and educational information.
4. Upload photograph, signature, and required documents.
5. Pay the application fee online.
6. Submit the application and take a printout for records.
7. Correction in OTR profile or application can be done by paying ₹500 fee within the given timeline.

• Stage 1: Written Examination (Objective Type, OMR based)
• Stage 2: Interview (Merit based on Written + Interview)

Written Examination Details

Language Paper Syllabus

• General Hindi: Word knowledge, Synonyms, Antonyms, Word corrections, Grammar (gender, number, tense, voice), Sentence formation and correction, Idioms and phrases, Proverbs, Administrative and legal terminology.
• General English: Tenses, Determiners, Phrasal Verbs and Idioms, Active & Passive Voice, Coordination and Subordination, Vocabulary, Sentence structure.

Exam Notes

• Each paper duration: 3 hours.
• 150 questions per paper.
• Negative Marking: 1/3 marks deducted for each wrong answer.
• Candidates must darken one circle in OMR. If not attempting, mark option “5”.
• Candidates not marking ≥90% of questions will be disqualified.
