Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, Scrum Master, etc.) are desirable

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in software development
• At least 8 years in a leadership or senior developer role
• Experience leading development teams in Agile environments
• Hands-on coding experience is mandatory
• Experience in software design and architecture
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, NodeJS, ReactJS, JavaScript
• Experience with databases (SQL, NoSQL)
• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Trello
• Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, and serverless computing
• Experience with REST APIs and API integrations
• Strong understanding of GenAI, LLM-based systems (RAG, Agentic AI, Copilots)
• Experience in data ingestion and extraction strategies

Desired Skills

• Model Context Protocol (MCP) or agentic workflow design
• Event streaming platforms like Kafka, SQS
• Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation
• Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture and security controls
• Experience in Government projects (preferred)

General Conditions
