Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• At least Second Class Master’s Degree in Economics.
• OR At least Second Class Master’s Degree in Statistics.
• OR At least Second Class Master’s Degree in Mathematics with paper in Statistics.
• OR At least Second Class Master’s Degree in Commerce with Statistics.
• OR At least Second Class M.Sc. (Agriculture) Statistics from a recognized University.
• A Certificate of RS-CIT (Rajasthan Knowledge Corporation Limited) or equivalent recognized by the Government of Rajasthan.

Experience

Experience of handling official statistics for at least one year in a Government Department, University, or reputed commercial concern.

Exemption from the above experience applies if the candidate:

• Holds a first-class Master’s degree or Doctorate in the relevant subject.
• Has undergone two years of training in Statistics at a recognized Statistical Institute or University.
• Has passed a one-year Diploma Course in Statistics and Economics.
• Belongs to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes.

Other Requirements

• Working knowledge of Hindi written in Devanagari script.
• Knowledge of Rajasthani culture.

Selection Process
