Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification

  • PhD in Hydrology / Water Resources Engineering / Geoinformatics / Applied Geology / Geophysics / Meteorology / Atmospheric Sciences / Remote Sensing / Environmental Sciences / Computer Sciences
  • OR M.Tech / M.Sc / M.E in relevant fields with minimum 3 years research experience and at least one research paper in SCI indexed journal

Preferred Qualification

  • Good GATE score
  • Experience in hydrological and hydrodynamic modeling
  • Reservoir operation and dam maintenance
  • Knowledge of GIS and report writing

Age Limit

  • Maximum Age: 35 years (as on interview date)
  • Age relaxation up to 5 years for SC/ST/OBC/Women/Physically Handicapped candidates as per Government rules

Reservation Details

Reservation will be applicable as per Government of India rules for SC, ST, OBC, PH and Women categories.
