Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualification

• 10th Pass with Diploma (MLT/DMLT/ITI) + 2 years relevant experience
• OR Graduate Degree (BSc MLT or relevant field) + 1 year experience

Desirable Qualifications

• Knowledge of computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Fluency in Hindi and English (oral and written)
• Experience in Immunology, Molecular Biology, or Cell Biology

Age Limit

Reservation Details

• Reservation applicable as per Government of India norms
• SC/ST candidates must provide valid caste certificate
• OBC candidates must provide latest Non-Creamy Layer certificate
• PwD candidates must provide disability certificate (minimum 40%)

Selection Process

• Shortlisting based on eligibility and desirable criteria
• Interview
• Written/Skill Test (if required)
• Document Verification
• Final selection results will be published on official website

Tenure Details

• Initial contract duration: 6 months
• Extension based on performance and project requirement
• Termination possible with one-week notice if performance is unsatisfactory

Roles & Responsibilities

• Blood and urine sample collection
• Sample processing (centrifugation, pipetting, storage)
• PBMC separation and storage
• Sample transportation
• Patient recruitment
• Project coordination with PGI Chandigarh
• Data entry and record maintenance
• Explaining procedures and obtaining consent

Important Instructions

• Posts are temporary and purely project-based
• No claim for permanent employment
• No TA/DA will be provided for interview
• Candidates must bring original documents during interview
• Government employees must submit NOC
• Submission of false information will lead to disqualification
• Canvassing will result in disqualification
• Candidates must regularly check the official website for updates
• No benefits like PF, pension, or LTC are applicable

Additional Terms & Conditions

• No regular appointment rights in AIIMS or ICMR
• Experience must be post qualification
• Shortlisting validity: 1 year
• Contract ends automatically after project completion
• Salary may be delayed if project is paused
• One-month notice required for resignation
• Candidates must bring Aadhar card and certificates at joining
