Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidate must be a Graduate from any recognized University.
Preference will be given to candidates holding a degree in Law.

Experience Requirement

Experience in administration.
Experience in online data management.
Proficiency in computer operations.
Knowledge of system management.
Experience in working in completely online systems.
Preference will be given to candidates having prior experience in Court/Tribunal.
Preference will also be given to candidates with legal experience.

Age Limit

Minimum Age: 25 years as on the date of issue of advertisement (18/02/2026).

Selection Process

If the number of candidates is very large, the Competent Authority may shortlist candidates.
Only shortlisted candidates may be called for an interview.
No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the interview.
Candidates must bring original documents at the time of interview for verification.
Candidature may be rejected at any stage if information furnished is found incorrect.
If engaged and information is found incorrect later, the contractual assignment will be terminated forthwith.

Contract Terms and Conditions

Initial contract period will be for one year or till further orders, whichever is earlier.
The contract may be extended up to 3 years subject to satisfactory performance.
Engagement on contractual basis can be terminated by the Tribunal at any time without assigning any reason.
Candidates engaged may resign by giving one-month advance written notice.
Contractual assignment shall not confer any right or claim to regularization or continuance in service.
Not entitled to HRA, DA, residential accommodation, or any other allowance.
Only casual leave on pro-rata basis is admissible.
Cannot leave the station without prior permission of the Competent Authority.
Working days and hours will be same as other serving officers and employees.
May be required to work beyond office hours, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays without extra remuneration.
