Salary Details

Employment Type

Full-time, permanent positions. Selected candidates will be on probation initially and are transferable across any of NALCO’s establishments, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or business associates anywhere in India.

Eligibility Criteria

• E02 Grade: MD/MS or recognized Post MBBS Diploma in relevant specialization (Orthopedic, Pediatric, Ophthalmology, Radiology). No prior experience required.
• E03 Grade: MD/MS or recognized Post MBBS Diploma in relevant specialization (Pediatric, Ophthalmology, Radiology) with minimum 3 years post-qualification experience as a specialist doctor in Government/PSU or reputed hospitals.

Reservation & PwBD Details

The following PwBD categories are identified as suitable for the advertised posts:

• OA – One Arm
• OL – One Leg
• BL – Both Legs
• LC – Leprosy Cured
• Dw – Dwarfism
• AAV – Acid Attack Victim
• SD/SI – Speech and Hearing Disabilities
• SLD – Specific Learning Disabilities
• MD – Multiple Disabilities involving above categories

Application Process

3. Upload recent passport-size photograph and signature.
4. Upload self-attested scanned copies of qualifications, work experience proof, recent salary slip, and documents from the current employer or Form 16/Annual IT return.

6. No need to send hard copies of applications or documents by post.
7. Candidates are advised to retain a copy of the online application and uploaded documents for future reference.

Selection Process

• Shortlisting will be based on information declared in the online application.
• Assessment will be conducted via Personal Interview only.
• Final selection will depend on interview performance, organizational requirements, and number of vacancies.
• Fulfilling eligibility criteria does not guarantee interview call. The management reserves the right to set higher standards for shortlisting.

Medical Fitness Requirements

The final appointment is subject to the candidate being found medically fit as per NALCO's internal medical examination rules. The decision of NALCO’s Medical Board is final and binding.

Place of Posting

Selected candidates can be posted anywhere across India in any of NALCO's establishments, subsidiaries, joint ventures, or business associates, as per organizational requirements. Roles may include shift operations and other duties related to the candidate's area of specialization.
