Application Process

1. The candidate must appear for a Walk-in-Interview at Integrated Test Range (ITR), Chandipur on 19-11-2025 at 1300 hrs for the engagement of Technician Apprentice (Diploma).
2. Eligible candidates who are Indian nationals should report between 1200 hrs to 1300 hrs at Integrated Test Range, Chandipur-756025, Balasore (Odisha).
3. Candidates must carry all original certificates and documents supporting their qualifications, age, caste, and experience.
4. Candidates must submit a duly filled application form in the prescribed PROFORMA with a recent colour passport photograph pasted on it, along with one set of self-attested photocopies of all testimonials.

Eligibility Criteria

• Diploma candidates must be registered on the NATS portal: https://www.nats.education.gov.in. Non-registered candidates may be rejected.
• Candidates who completed their Diploma in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025 are eligible.
• Candidates who passed their qualifying examination before 2021 are not eligible.
• Only regular Diploma holders are eligible. Candidates who completed their qualification through distance/open mode are not eligible.
• Candidates with training or job experience of one year or more after acquiring the essential qualification are not eligible.

Terms & Conditions for Apprenticeship Training

• All correspondence, including the offer letter (if selected), will be sent only through email.

• The period of training shall be 12 months commencing from the execution of the Contract of Apprenticeship.
• Selected candidates must submit a “Medical Fitness Certificate” at the time of joining.
• Verification of credentials will be done before creation of contract. Any deviation from eligibility norms may lead to rejection.
• No TA/DA will be provided at any stage of the selection process.
• Candidates must execute a contract for 12 months as per Apprentices Act, 1961.
• ITR is not obligated to offer employment after completion of apprenticeship training.
• Suppression of facts at any stage will result in disqualification.
• ITR reserves the right to increase or decrease seats for apprenticeship training.
• Any canvassing or personal follow-up will lead to cancellation of candidature.
• ITR may cancel the recruitment process without providing any reason.
• Legal jurisdiction will be the Hon’ble High Court of Odisha, Cuttack.
• No Government quarters, hostel accommodation, or transport will be provided during Written Test/Interview or training period.

Selection Process

Selection will be made on the basis of Written Test and/or Personal Interview for shortlisted candidates after verification of documents.
