Salary & Benefits

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Preferably from a recognized University/Institute.

Experience Requirement

• Must have held the rank of DSP (Deputy Superintendent of Police) or equivalent.
• Experience in Police / Army / Paramilitary Forces.
• Minimum three years of experience as Deputy Superintendent of Police or equivalent.
• Must possess an excellent/meritorious service record.

Age Limit

Contract Tenure

• The engagement will be for a period of three years.
• Subject to annual satisfactory performance review.
• No renewal of engagement after completion of three years.

Job Responsibilities

1. Over-all implementation and routine periodic review of the Security Policy.
2. Planning and execution of security at Bank premises as per Government of India, RBI, and IBA guidelines in consultation with Central Security Department under Central Security Committee guidance.
3. Maintaining efficiency, training, and discipline of security staff.
4. Maintaining close liaison with Police, Fire Services, local functionaries, and UT/State/Central Government authorities.
5. Providing professional opinion and inputs to Central Security Department to maintain foolproof security setup.
6. Attending to any other work assigned by the Bank relating to security functioning.
