Employment Type and Salary

  • Employment Type: Contract Basis (Full-Time)
  • Initial Engagement Period: One Year
  • Extension: May be extended for one year at a time based on performance and requirement
  • Consolidated Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 70,000/- per month (initially)

Eligibility Criteria

Young Professional (General)

  • B.Tech / M.Tech
  • OR BE/B.Tech/LLB/LLM degree holder
  • OR Master’s Degree in Non-Technical Courses
  • Educational Qualification must be from approved recognized institutions as per specified NIRF Rankings (2025)

Young Professional (Statistic)

  • Graduation or Master’s Degree in Statistics or Operational Research
  • Institution must fall under Top 200 NIRF ranking (Universities/Colleges) or equivalent criteria

Young Professional (Economics)

  • Graduation or Master’s Degree in Economics or Public Policy or Development Studies

Young Professional (Legal)

  • Graduation or Master’s Degree in Law
  • Institution must be within Top 40 NIRF Ranking in Law Category

Desirable Qualifications

  • Background in research and published papers
  • Data Analytics
  • Report Writing
  • Policy Making / Scheme Rollout
  • Impact Assessment
  • Field Surveys
  • Appraisal of Government Schemes
  • Competency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Relevant experience in Education Sector will be given due weightage

Age Limit

Applicants should not be more than 32 years as on 31.12.2025.
