Eligibility Criteria

The applicant must be a qualified Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / CMA or a firm registered with ICAI / ICWAI.
Must possess a minimum of 3 years of practicing experience.
Minimum age: 25 years; Maximum age: 65 years. For firms, at least one partner must be below 65 years.
Must be qualified under Section 141 of the Companies Act, 2013.
Applicant must be an Indian citizen.
All individuals / firms / partners must be income tax assessees.

Desirable Attributes:

Preference to auditors empanelled with PSBs, FIs, DRT, High Court, or Supreme Court.
Firms with partners having engineering background or experience in SAP/CISA/DISA will be preferred.
Firms from the Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh will be preferred for their respective regions.
