Project Description: The project involves radar signal detection and direction finding using microwave spintronics sensors. It focuses on indigenous system design capable of detecting far-field electromagnetic signals with spintronics-based technology. The candidate will work on advanced systems relevant to modern defense and civilian radar applications.

Essential Qualification

B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) or relevant discipline with a minimum CGPA of 7.0 or 70% marks.

Relaxation

• OBC/EWS: 6.5 CGPA or 65% marks
• SC/ST/PWD: 6.0 CGPA or 60% marks

Desirable Qualification

Knowledge of semiconductor device fabrication and operation of microwave devices is essential. Candidates with relevant Master's or higher degrees will be preferred.

Desired Experience

Experience in semiconductor device fabrication, beam-forming antenna design, and direction-finding algorithms.

Maximum Age: Not more than 28 years as of the last date of advertisement.
