  2. After submitting the online application, candidates must send the printed copy of the application along with all required enclosures to the following address: Registrar, National Sanskrit University, Tirupati – 517507, Andhra Pradesh.
  3. The last date for receipt of the hard copy of the application is 10 December 2025 by 17:30 hours.
  4. The application fee is ₹800 (Rupees Eight Hundred only) for UR/OBC/EWS male candidates. SC/ST/PwBD/Women candidates are exempted from paying the fee.
  5. The fee is non-refundable and should be paid online while submitting the form.

Eligibility Criteria

Controller of Examinations

Direct Recruitment:
  • Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or an equivalent grade on a point scale.
  • At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor at Academic Level 11 and above, or with 8 years at Academic Level 12 and above, or comparable experience in research or educational administration.
  • Alternatively, 15 years of administrative experience, with 8 years as Deputy Registrar or equivalent post.
  • Age Limit: Preferably below 57 years for Direct Recruitment.
Deputation Recruitment:
  • Officers from Central or State Governments, Universities, or Autonomous Organisations holding analogous posts on regular basis and fulfilling the essential qualifications prescribed for direct recruitment.
  • Age Limit: Preferably below 58 years.
  • Tenure: 5 years or until attaining the age of 62 years, whichever is earlier.

Finance Officer

Direct Recruitment:
  • Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade on a point scale.
  • At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor at Academic Level 11 and above, or with 8 years at Academic Level 12 and above, or comparable experience in research or educational administration.
  • Alternatively, 15 years of administrative experience, with 8 years as Deputy Registrar or equivalent post.
  • Age Limit: Preferably below 57 years for Direct Recruitment.
Deputation Recruitment:

Reservation Details

  • All posts are Unreserved (UR).
  • Relaxation in marks (5%) is applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates as per UGC/Government of India norms.

Selection Process

  • Screening of applications will be conducted to shortlist candidates based on eligibility and qualifications.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview. The final selection will be based on performance during the interview and fulfillment of eligibility criteria.
  • No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
