Project Information

Title of Project A novel power-on pilot IC for ultra-low power wireless IoT devices
Project Sponsor Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) under C2S programme (Tier-1)
Duration Initially for ONE year, extendable up to project duration based on performance
Salary / Emoluments ₹37,000 per month + HRA (as per institute rules)

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess one of the following qualifications:

  • (a) B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) or equivalent with valid GATE qualification.
  • (b) M.E./M.Tech. in VLSI or equivalent with valid GATE qualification.

Job Description

  • Good knowledge of EDA Tools such as Cadence, Synopsys, and Mentor.
  • Strong understanding of digital circuit design, network theory, and device physics.
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or MATLAB.
