Eligibility Criteria

• MBBS degree from a university established by law in India or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Government.
• Permanent registration with Uttarakhand Medical Council is mandatory by the last date of application.
• Foreign medical graduates must have passed FMGE / National Board of Examination requirement.
• Uttarakhand domicile certificate is required to claim reservation benefits.
• Nationality conditions apply as per the notification.

Preferential Qualifications

• At least 2 years of service in Territorial Army, or
• NCC “B” Certificate, or
• PG Degree / Diploma in relevant medical specialties.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Maximum Age: 42 years
• Age Calculation Date: 01 July 2025

Horizontal Reservation

• Uttarakhand Women - 30%
• Persons with Disabilities - 4%
• Ex-Servicemen - 5%
• Dependents of Freedom Fighters - 2%
• Orphan Children of Uttarakhand - 5%

• Uttarakhand Agitators / Dependents - 10%

Selection Process

Experience is counted for eligible service in State / Central / Autonomous Government hospitals, ESIC hospitals, or Government medical colleges. Private sector experience is not accepted.

Important Notes

• Only online applications are accepted.

• Reservation benefits are available only to eligible Uttarakhand domicile candidates.
