The engaged consultant will normally be posted at the IOL Headquarters located in Dehradun. However, depending on the requirements of the organization, the individual may be transferred or deputed to any unit of India Optel Limited or other locations for official duties with the approval of the competent authority.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Requirement

Candidate must have retired from a Public Sector Undertaking (PSU).
The candidate should have served at E-8 or E-9 grade in the PSU.
Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply for this position.

Educational Qualification

B.Com / B.Sc / B.Tech / M.Com with good academic records from a recognized university or institution.
Preferred qualifications include CA, CMA, LLB, or MBA in Finance.
All qualifications must be recognized by AICTE, UGC, or other appropriate statutory authorities.

Experience Requirement

Candidates must possess a minimum of 30 years of experience in Finance and Accounts with exposure to the following areas:

Internal Financial Controls
Accounting
Regulatory Compliance
Project Finance
Cost Controlling
Budgeting
Treasury Management

Age Limit

Minimum Age	58 Years
Maximum Age	62 Years
