Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Master of Business Administration (MBA) with five years of experience in a Government Department, Public Sector Undertaking, or reputed Commercial Organization, on a post carrying pay scale not below Class-II in the Corporation.
• Language Requirement: Hindi or Sanskrit up to Matriculation or 10+2/B.A./M.A. with Hindi as one of the subjects.
• Experience: Minimum five years in the relevant field as specified.

Age Limit (as on 09.02.2026)

• Minimum Age: 25 years
• Maximum Age: 45 years

Age Relaxations:

• SC / BC of Haryana – 5 years
• PwBD – 10 years (plus 5 years if SC/BC/EWS)
• Widows / Divorced / Unmarried women – 5 years
• Ex-servicemen – Period of service + 3 years
• Adhoc/Contract/Daily wage employees of Haryana Govt. – Equal to years of service (max 52 years)

Application Fee

Mode of Payment: Online via Net Banking, Debit Card, or Credit Card (till 05:00 PM on closing date). Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Application Process

1. Visit the official website https://hpsc.gov.in and register online.
2. Registration can be done using Mobile Number and Aadhaar Number.
3. After registration, a Login ID will be created.
4. Complete the application form, upload required documents, and pay the prescribed fee.
5. Take a printout of the filled form, sign it, and upload the signed copy again before the deadline.
6. No changes will be allowed after final submission.
7. Unsigned or incomplete applications will be automatically rejected.

Selection Process

The Commission may adopt a multi-stage selection process which includes:

1. Screening Test (OMR-based, if number of applications is large)
2. Subject Knowledge Test
3. Interview / Viva-Voce

The shortlisting may be done based on percentage in minimum qualification, higher education, experience, or desirable qualifications. Final selection will be based on performance in written test and interview. The Commission’s decision on exam pattern will be final and binding.

Reservation & Relaxation Details

Reservation and relaxation benefits apply only to Haryana domicile candidates as per Government instructions.

• Valid caste or category certificates must be issued on or before the closing date.
• BC-A/BC-B (Non-Creamy Layer) and EWS certificates must be valid for FY 2025–26 (issued after 01.04.2025).
• Reserved category candidates from other states will be treated as General category.
• SC/BC-A/BC-B candidates selected on General standards will not be adjusted against reserved vacancies.

Additional Notes

• Eligibility will be determined as of the closing date of applications.
• All uploaded certificates must be valid on or before the last date.
• Matriculation certificate is the only valid proof of Date of Birth.
• Admit Cards will be available online only and will not be sent by post.
• False or misleading information will result in disqualification and possible legal action.
• No withdrawal of applications will be allowed once submitted.
