Employment Type & Contract Period

  • Employment Type: Contractual
  • Initial Contract Period: 3 Years
  • Contract Renewal: Subject to annual performance review
  • Continuation allowed up to 60 years of age or project period, whichever is earlier

Salary Structure & Allowances

Consolidated Salary ₹30,000 per month (increment of ₹2,000 per year up to ₹40,000)
Annual Performance Incentive ₹2,000 per year based on satisfactory performance
Fixed Conveyance Allowance ₹2,500 per month (subject to minimum field visits)
Mobile Allowance ₹300 per month
Other Benefits EPF, ESI, Gratuity as per applicable rules

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate in any discipline (Science / Commerce / Arts) or Post Graduate
  • Preference will be given to candidates having qualifications such as: MSW, MA (Rural Development / Sociology / Psychology), B.Sc. (Agriculture / Horticulture / Veterinary / Agri-Marketing), BA with B.Ed

Skills & Experience

  • Flair for teaching and training
  • Sound computer knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills in local language
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is an added advantage
  • Typing skills in local language are mandatory
  • Typing skills in Hindi / English will be an added advantage
  • Previous experience as Faculty will be preferred

Age Limit

Minimum Age 22 Years
Maximum Age 40 Years
Age Calculation Date As on date of advertisement

Selection Process

  1. Written Test to assess General Knowledge and Computer Capability
  2. Personal Interview to assess communication ability, leadership qualities, attitude, and problem-solving skills
  3. Demonstration / Presentation to assess teaching and communication skills
