Educational Qualification & Experience

Mandatory Qualification

• Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university

Preferred Qualification

• MBA / PGDM (Finance / Marketing / Sales / Banking)
• CA / CFA / CMA (for Credit Analyst posts)

Post-wise Experience Requirement

• Senior Manager – MSME Relationship: Minimum 8 years banking experience, including 4 years in credit processing or loan sales
• Senior Manager – Credit Analyst: Minimum 6 years credit processing experience OR 6 years as Analyst in RBI-approved rating agencies (CA/CMA candidates: 5 years)
• Manager – Credit Analyst: Minimum 3 years relevant experience (CA/CMA candidates: 2 years)

Age Limit (As on 01 February 2026)

Age Relaxation

• SC / ST: 5 Years
• OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 Years
• Persons with Disability: Up to 15 Years (Category-wise)
• Ex-Servicemen: As per Government of India rules

Probation, Bond & Credit Conditions
