Bank of Baroda has released an official recruitment notification for engagement of professionals on a contractual basis in the MSME Banking Department. Eligible candidates are invited to apply online as per the details mentioned below.

The total number of vacancies notified under this recruitment is 253. The Bank reserves the right to modify the number of vacancies depending on its requirements.

Educational Qualification

  • Mandatory: Graduation in any discipline from a University / Institution recognized by the Government of India or approved regulatory bodies.
  • Preferred: Full-time MBA / PGDM in Marketing or Finance.
All educational qualifications must be obtained from recognized institutions. The date of passing will be considered as mentioned on the mark sheet or certificate.

Post Qualification Work Experience

  • Assistant Vice President – Minimum 5 years experience in Asset Sales with a Bank / NBFC / Financial Institution in India.
  • Deputy Manager – Minimum 3 years experience in Asset Sales with a Bank / NBFC / Financial Institution in India.
  • Assistant Manager – Minimum 2 years experience in Asset Sales with a Bank / NBFC / Financial Institution in India.
  • Experience in MSME loan products will be given preference.
Experience of less than six months will not be considered. Experience in clerical cadre will not be counted for eligibility.

Age Relaxation

Selection Process

Final selection will be based on the combined performance in the selection stages as decided by the Bank. Minimum qualifying marks in interview are 60% for Unreserved category and 55% for Reserved categories.
