Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualifications

• Three-year Life Science Graduate degree AND three years post-qualification experience in human clinical trials/research
• OR Postgraduate degree (Life Sciences / Pharma / Nursing / Biotechnology etc.) with minimum one-year experience in human clinical trials/research
• Valid GCP Certification is mandatory

Desirable Qualifications

• Knowledge in drug discovery and research
• Knowledge of MS Word and Excel

Important Terms & Conditions

• The post is purely contractual and not permanent.
• Initial appointment is for one year and may be extended based on performance and project requirements.
• Candidate must join within 15 days of result declaration.
• No claim for permanent employment at AIIMS Rishikesh will be entertained.
• Performance evaluation will be conducted regularly.
• No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
• Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
• Submission of false information will lead to disqualification.
• Recruitment committee decision will be final.
• Contract can be terminated at any time without prior notice if performance is unsatisfactory.
• Candidate must bring original documents at the time of interview.
• Health insurance coverage is mandatory before joining.
• One-month notice is required for resignation, otherwise salary equivalent will be deducted.
• Qualification and experience requirements may be relaxed at the discretion of the recruitment committee.
