राज्यपाल लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल गुरमीत सिंह (से.नि.) से राजभवन में आइएचएम देहरादून के प्रधानाचार्य डॉ0 जगदीप खन्ना ने शिष्टाचार मुलाकात की। उन्होंने राज्यपाल को संस्थान के क्रिया-कलापों और गतिविधियों की जानकारी दी। राज्यपाल ने हाल में ही सम्पन्न हुए वसंतोत्सव में आइएचएम द्वारा लगाए गए मिलेट्स पर आधारित फूड कोर्ट की सराहना की।

The Governor appreciated the food court based on millets set up by IHM in the recently concluded Vasantotsav.

बीते दिन श्री अशोक कुमार आईपीएस, डीजीपी महोदय ने जनपद चमोली की सीमान्त व दूरस्थ रिपोर्टिंग पुलिस चौकी मलारी का निरीक्षण कर व्यवस्थाओं का जायजा लिया। साथ ही आईटीबीपी कैम्प का भ्रमण कर जवानों से बात की और ग्राम प्रधान से वार्ता कर स्थानीय मुद्दों की जानकारी भी ली। उन्होंने सुरक्षा के दृष्टिगत मलारी चौकी को महत्वपूर्ण बताते हुए मलारी चौकी में नियमित रूप से पुलिस बल को तैनात करने के निर्देश दिए।

On the last day Mr. Ashok Kumar IPS, DGP inspected the border and remote reporting police post Malari of district Chamoli and took stock of the arrangements. Along with this, he visited the ITBP camp, talked to the jawans and talked to the village head and also inquired about the local issues. Describing Malari Chowki as important from the point of view of security, he instructed to deploy police force regularly at Malari Chowki.

पशु चिकित्साधिकारी सदर, अल्मोड़ा- डॉ सुरेन्द्र गर्बयाल द्वारा भौमिक पशु सुरक्षा सेवा समिति अल्मोड़ा के निराश्रित श्वान पशुओं में निःशुल्क एंटी टिक्स इंजेक्शन व एंटी रेबीज टीकाकरण अभियान चलाया गया। जिससे की रेबीज रोग के संक्रमण की रोकथाम जनहित में की जा सके। कुल 55 श्वान पशुओं मे टीकाकरण किया गया।

So that prevention of infection of rabies disease can be done in public interest. Vaccination was done in total 55 dog animals.

बीते दिन शिक्षा मंत्री डाॅ0 धन सिंह रावत ने राजकीय इंटर कॉलेज, मैहलचौरी के भौतिक, जीव व रसायन लैब के निर्माण कार्य का शिलान्यास किया। साथ ही इस कार्य में जुटने वाले समस्त जनों व विशेष तौर पर अधिकारियों को गुणवत्ता का ध्यान रखने हेतु निर्देश दिए।

पशुपालन विभाग उत्तराखण्ड के राजकीय पशुचिकित्सालय पन्तवाडी (नैनबाग) के सरकारी खाते से करीब 9 लाख रुपयों का गबन करने वाले डॉक्टर/अभियुक्त सुनील कुमार को उत्तराखण्ड पुलिस ने सहारनपुर, उत्तर प्रदेश से गिरफ्तार कर जेल भेजा गया।

सीएम धामी ने बीते दिन सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र, गैरसैंण का औचक निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान उन्होंने अस्पताल में दवाओं की उपलब्धता एवं मरीजों के लिए अन्य आवश्यक सुविधाओं की जानकारी लेते हुए भर्ती मरीजों का हाल-चाल जाना। इस दौरान सीएम धामी ने मुख्यमंत्री घोषणा के अंतर्गत बन रहे 50 बेड के उप जिला चिकित्सालय के नवीन भवन की कार्य प्रगति का अवलोकन करते हुए कार्यदाई संस्था को निर्माण कार्य जल्द पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए।
