Doctor/accused Sunil Kumar, who embezzled about 9 lakh rupees from the government account of Animal Husbandry Department Uttarakhand's Government Veterinary Hospital, Pantwadi (Nainbagh), was arrested by the Uttarakhand Police from Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh and sent to jail.
