बीते दिन श्री अशोक कुमार आईपीएस, डीजीपी महोदय ने जनपद चमोली की सीमान्त व दूरस्थ रिपोर्टिंग पुलिस चौकी मलारी का निरीक्षण कर व्यवस्थाओं का जायजा लिया। साथ ही आईटीबीपी कैम्प का भ्रमण कर जवानों से बात की और ग्राम प्रधान से वार्ता कर स्थानीय मुद्दों की जानकारी भी ली। उन्होंने सुरक्षा के दृष्टिगत मलारी चौकी को महत्वपूर्ण बताते हुए मलारी चौकी में नियमित रूप से पुलिस बल को तैनात करने के निर्देश दिए।
