श्री अशोक कुमार, पुलिस महानिदेशक, उत्तराखण्ड ने बताया कि चारधाम यात्रा पर आ रहे श्रद्धालुओं के सगुम दर्शन और सुरक्षित चारधाम यात्रा के लिए उत्तराखण्ड पुलिस के जवान समर्पित हैं। अभी तक 30 लाख से अधिक श्रद्धालु चारधाम दर्शन कर अपने गंतव्यों को प्रस्थान कर चुके हैं। श्री केदारनाथ में 10 लाख से अधिक श्रद्धालुओं द्वारा दर्शन किये गये हैं।

Mr. Ashok Kumar, Director General of Police, Uttarakhand said that Uttarakhand Police personnel are dedicated for smooth darshan and safe Chardham Yatra of the devotees coming on Chardham Yatra. So far, more than 30 lakh devotees have left for their destinations after visiting Chardham. Shri Kedarnath has been visited by more than 10 lakh devotees.

सीएम धामी ने बीते दिन 9वें अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस के अवसर पर पतंजलि योगपीठ फेज-2, हरिद्वार में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में योगाभ्यास किया। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने योग गुरू स्वामी रामदेव तथा आचार्य बालकृष्ण के साथ कुमाऊँनी रामायण का विमोचन भी किया।

मंगलवार से कुमाऊं रेजीमेंट के मुख्यालय रानीखेत के सोमनाथ मैदान में अग्निवीर भर्ती रैली शुरू हो गई है। रैली के पहले दिन अल्मोड़ा जिले के एक हजार युवाओं ने दौड़ लगाई। भर्ती रैली के पहले दिन चौखुटिया, द्वाराहाट, सल्ट और भिकियासैंण तहसीलों के युवाओं ने भाग लिया। दौड़ में सफल होने के बाद युवाओं के दस्तावेज जांचे गए। जिसके बाद सफल युवाओं में खुशी की लहर दिखी तो वहीं असफल युवा मायूस हुए।

रानीखेत में शुरू हुई अग्निवीर भर्ती

प्रदेश में पहली बार संभागीय परिवहन प्राधिकरण ने पर्वतीय रूट पर वाहनों की अधिकतम गति सीमा तय कर दी है। इस फैसले से साधी असर राजधानी दून, उत्तरकाशी और टिहरी जिले के पर्वतीय रूटों पर पड़ेगा। अब दोपहिया के लिए 20 और कार के लिए अधिकतम 45 किमी प्रति घंटे तय कर दी गई है। मंगलवार को संभागीय परिवहन प्राधिकरण की हुई बैठक में ये फैसला लिया गया।

उत्तराखंड में वाहनों की अधिकतम रफ्तार हुई तय

For the first time in the state, the Divisional Transport Authority has fixed the maximum speed limit for vehicles on mountain routes. This decision will directly affect the mountain routes of the capital Doon, Uttarkashi and Tehri districts. Now 20 kmph has been fixed for two wheelers and 45 kmph for cars. This decision was taken in the meeting of the Divisional Transport Authority on Tuesday.

मंगलवार को अल्मोड़ा-पिथौरागढ़ हाईवे पर दर्दनाक हादसा हो गया। अल्मोड़ा के फलसीमा के पास एक कार अनियंत्रित होकर करीब 300 मीटर गहरी खाई में जा गिरी। इस हादसे में चालक की दर्दनाक मौत हो गई। इस दुर्घटना में कार के परखच्चे उड़ गए। मौके पर पहुंची पुलिस ने दुर्घटना में घायल को रेस्क्यू कर अस्पताल पहुंचाया जहां डॉक्टरों ने उसे मृत घोषित कर दिया।

अल्मोड़ा-पिथौरागढ़ हाईवे पर हुआ दर्दनाक हादसा

A painful accident took place on the Almora-Pithoragarh highway on Tuesday. A car went uncontrolled and fell into a 300 meter deep gorge near Falsima in Almora. The driver died tragically in this accident. In this accident, the car was completely blown away. Police reached the spot, rescued the injured in the accident and took him to the hospital where doctors declared him brought dead.

On this occasion, the Governor took information from him regarding the proposed recruitment rallies in Uttarakhand. Major General Tiwari gave detailed information to the Governor about the recruitment rallies to be held at Banbasa, Ranikhet and Kotdwar in Uttarakhand under the Agneepath scheme of the Indian Army.
