Maximum speed of vehicles fixed in Uttarakhand

For the first time in the state, the Divisional Transport Authority has fixed the maximum speed limit for vehicles on mountain routes. This decision will directly affect the mountain routes of the capital Doon, Uttarkashi and Tehri districts. Now 20 kmph has been fixed for two wheelers and 45 kmph for cars. This decision was taken in the meeting of the Divisional Transport Authority on Tuesday.
