सीएम धामी ने देहरादून पुलिस लाईन में पुलिस स्मृति दिवस के अवसर पर पुलिस एवं अर्द्ध सैन्य बलों के शहीदों को पुष्प चक्र अर्पित कर श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की। इस अवसर पर उन्होंने कहा कि सेवा के दौरान पुलिस कर्मियों की अकाल मृत्यु होने पर आश्रित परिवार को तत्काल ₹01 लाख आर्थिक सहयोग दिए जाने के लिए पुलिस शहीद कल्याण कोष के लिए ₹02 करोड़ की धनराशि दी जायेगी एवं पुलिस कर्मियों के आवास हेतु ₹100 करोड़ की धनराशि का प्राविधान किया जाएगा।

CM Dhami paid tribute to the martyrs of police and paramilitary forces by offering floral garlands on the occasion of Police Memorial Day at Dehradun Police Lines. On this occasion, he said that in case of the untimely death of police personnel during service, an amount of Rs. 02 crore will be given to the Police Martyr Welfare Fund to provide immediate financial assistance of Rs. 1 lakh to the dependent family and Rs. 100 crore will be given for the housing of police personnel.

बनबसा से हल्द्वानी आई अध्यापिका का एक बैग रोडवेज स्टेशन पर ही छूट गया, जिसमें उनके कीमती आभूषण व सामान था। इस पर एक मंगलपडाव के व्यापारी श्री विजय गुप्ता की नजर बैग पर पड़ी। जिन्होने आस-पास रोडवेज पर पता किया। काफी खोजबीन करने पर भी बैग के मालिक का पता न मिलने पर वह बैग को पुलिस कार्यालय पहुंचे। इसके उपरान्त कोतवाली हल्द्वानी पुलिस द्वारा उक्त महिला की खोजबीन की गई और उक्त बैग जिसमें कीमती जेवरात को अध्यापिका के सुपुर्द किया गया।

A bag of a teacher who had come to Haldwani from Banbasa was left at the roadways station, which contained her valuable jewelry and belongings. On this, Mr. Vijay Gupta, a businessman from Mangalpadav, noticed the bag and investigated the nearby roadways. Despite extensive searching, he could not find the address of the bag's owner and took the bag to the police office. After this, the said woman was searched by Kotwali Haldwani police and the said bag containing precious jewelry was handed over to the teacher.

जानकारी के अनुसार बीते बुधवार को सुधा रतूड़ी (57) निवासी विटुला गांव घर के पास ही खेत में काम कर रही थी। इस दौरान झाड़ियों में छुपे भालू ने महिला पर हमला कर दिया। शोर सुनकर महिला का बेटा और आसपास के लोग मौके पर पहुंचे। ग्रामीणों ने किसी तरह भालू को वहां से भगाया। तब तक भालू ने महिला के सिर और पीठ को नाखूनों से बुरी तरह नोच लिया था। महिला के सिर में 50 से अधिक टांके लगाए हुए हैं। महिला को इलाज के लिए हेलीकॉप्टर से एम्स रेफर किया गया है।

According to the information, Sudha Raturi (57), resident of Vitula village, was working in the fields near her house. During this time, a bear hiding in the bushes attacked the woman. Hearing the noise, the woman's son and nearby people reached the spot. The villagers somehow drove the bear away from there. By then the bear had badly scratched the woman's head and back with its nails. More than 50 stitches were placed in the woman's head. The woman has been referred to AIIMS by helicopter for treatment.

सीएम धामी ने बीते दिन औद्योगिक विकास योजना के अन्तर्गत स्थापित उद्योगों को भारत सरकार से प्राप्त अनुदान धनराशि का डिजिटल स्थानान्तरण किया। सीएम ने 40 औद्योगिक ईकाइयों को स्वीकृत 90 करोड़ रूपये की धनराशि लाभार्थियों के खातों में स्थानान्तरित की। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य में उद्योगों के प्रोत्साहन, संवंर्द्धन और विस्तारीकरण के लिए यह महत्वपूर्ण योजना है।

राज्यपाल लेफ्टिनेंट जनरल गुरमीत सिंह (से नि) ने राजभवन में राज्य विश्वविद्यालयों के कुलपतियों की बैठक ली। बैठक में सभी विश्वविद्यालयों के कुलपति और शासन के उच्चाधिकारी मौजूद रहे। बैठक में राज्यपाल ने कहा कि सभी विश्वविद्यालय राज्य हित में योगदान हेतु उनकी विशेषज्ञता के आधार पर एक-एक शोध प्रस्तुत करें। उन्होंने कहा कि वन यूनिवर्सिटी-वन रिसर्च पर आधारित यह शोध राज्य के विकास और लोगों के जीवन उन्नयन हेतु उपयोगी साबित हो।

Governor Lt General Gurmit Singh (Retd) took a meeting of Vice Chancellors of State Universities at Raj Bhavan. Vice Chancellors of all universities and senior government officials were present in the meeting. In the meeting, the Governor said that all the universities should present one research each on the basis of their expertise to contribute to the interest of the state. He said that this research based on One University-One Research should prove useful for the development of the state and upliftment of people's lives.
