मुख्य सचिव डॉ0 एस. एस. संधु ने बुधवार को सचिवालय में प्रदेश में एयर कनेक्टिविटी को बढ़ाये जाने के साथ ही हैलीपैड्स और हेलीपोर्ट्स के निर्माण की प्रगति की समीक्षा की। मुख्य सचिव ने अधिकारियों को पूरे प्रदेश में अधिक से अधिक हेलीपैड बनाए जाने के निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि इनसे प्रदेश के दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों को आपातकालीन परिस्थितियों में बहुत मदद मिलेगी। उन्होंने कहा कि जौलीग्रांट एयरपोर्ट को अंतरराष्ट्रीय बनाए जाने हेतु तेज़ी से प्रयास किए जाएं।

केदारनाथ धाम में दोपहर बाद मौसम बिगड़ा और शाम होते-होते बारिश होने लगी। जिसके बाद बर्फबारी भी शुरू हो गई। बर्फबारी देख धाम में मौजूद सैलानियों के चेहरे खिल उठे। बर्फबारी के कारण धाम के आस-पास का नजारा और भी सुंदर हो गया। मौसम विभाग के अनुसार 10 नवंबर को आंशिक बादल छाए रहने के साथ रुद्रप्रयाग, उत्तरकाशी, चमोली, बागेश्वर और पिथौरागढ़ में बारिश और बर्फबारी हो सकती है।

बुधवार को राज्य आंदोलनकारियों ने उत्तराखंड राज्य आंदोलनकारियों का चिन्हीकरण जल्द करने की मांग को लेकर उत्तराखंड आंदोलनकारी संयुक्त परिषद के बैनर तले विभिन्न सामाजिक जब संगठनों और अन्य संगठनों ने सचिवालय कूच किया। लेकिन सचिवालय से पहले ही पुलिस ने प्रदर्शनकारियों को बेरिकेडिंग लगाकर रोक दिया।आंदोलनकारियों ने चेतावनी दी है कि अगर राज्य आंदोलनकारी की मांग नहीं सुनी जाती है तो आंदोलन को और तेज किया जाएगा।
