Stagnation Increments: 11 increments of ₹2,680 each at frequencies of two years after reaching the maximum of the scale.

Eligibility Criteria

For Open Market Candidates:

  • Graduate from a recognized university.
  • Must have studied Telugu as one of the subjects up to 10th Class.
  • Knowledge of English is required.

For PACS Employees (Affiliated to Mahabubnagar DCCB):

  • Intermediate plus JDC or Graduation from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 5 years of service in PACS affiliated to Mahabubnagar DCCB as on 01.10.2025.
  • Maximum age relaxation up to 45 years (subject to overall limit of 50 years).

Nativity (Local Candidate Requirement):

Candidates must be local candidates of the State of Telangana as defined under the Presidential Order, 1975. The ten erstwhile Telangana districts (Adilabad, Hyderabad, Rangareddy, Karimnagar, Khammam, Mahabubnagar, Medak, Nalgonda, Nizamabad, and Warangal) are considered local areas.
