Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the post of Assistant Manager – Grade A must ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility conditions as on the cut-off date mentioned in the recruitment notification.

Birth Date Range Candidates must have been born not earlier than 02 March 1996 and not later than 01 March 2005 (both dates inclusive).

Educational Qualification

  • Candidate must be a Graduate from a recognized university.
  • Passing only a diploma course will not be considered as qualifying eligibility.
  • The university or institution must be recognized or approved by Government authorities such as UGC, AICTE or other government bodies.
  • Candidate must possess valid mark sheets (semester/year wise or consolidated) and degree certificate or provisional degree certificate.
  • The date mentioned on the final mark sheet or degree certificate will be considered as the date of passing graduation.
If at any stage of the recruitment process it is found that the candidate has submitted incorrect information regarding educational qualification, the candidature will be cancelled immediately.

Work Experience Requirement

  • Minimum 2 years of post-qualification work experience is mandatory.
  • Experience must be in any Scheduled Public Sector Bank, Scheduled Private Sector Bank, Cooperative Bank or Regional Rural Bank.
  • Experience should be obtained as a full-time permanent employee after acquiring the required educational qualification.
  • Work experience through outsourcing vendors, service providers, BPO/KPO agencies, contractual roles or third-party payroll will not be considered valid.
  • Experience of less than six months in any organization will not be counted.

Reservation Policy

Candidates who qualify the Online Test will be shortlisted for the Personal Interview stage depending on the number of vacancies and cut-off marks decided by the bank.
  • The Personal Interview will carry a maximum of 100 marks.
  • Candidates must score at least 50% marks in the interview to qualify.
  • Minimum qualifying marks for SC, ST, OBC and PWD candidates will be 45%.
  • Candidates may choose to answer interview questions in either English or Hindi.
  • Candidates must bring original documents and experience certificates at the time of interview.

Final Merit List

Final selection will be based on the combined score of the Online Test and Personal Interview.

Medical Fitness Examination
