Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. or AMIE (Electrical/Electronics). Doctorate or PG degree in relevant field preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 30 years of experience in design/development of systems related to Electro Optics, Fire Control Systems, Laser Warning Systems, and Electro-Optical surveillance for Main Battle Tanks/ICVs.

Selection Process

• Selection will be purely on merit based on interview.
• Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification.

Tenure and Work Mode

• Tenure: Initial engagement for 2 years, extendable yearly up to 8 years or 68 years of age.
• Work Mode: Hybrid – Minimum 8 working days per month at factory; rest can be remote or via video conferencing.

Additional Benefits and Allowances

• Leave: 15 days casual-cum-sick leave per year (pro-rata, non-carry forwardable).
• Conveyance: ₹8,000 per month if company car is not availed.
• TA/DA: As per AVNL Travelling Allowance Rules.
• Accommodation: Guest house or company accommodation subject to availability.
