Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification
  • Resource Person 1: Post Graduate in Business Management / Rural Management / Cooperative Management (CAIIB preferred).
  • Resource Person 2: Graduation in any discipline.
  • Desirable: Degree/Diploma in Technology.
Experience
  • At least 5 years of experience in:
    1. Rural Financial Institutions / NBFC / MFI / Insurance / Retail / Developmental Institutions (like SIDBI, NABARD)
    2. State or Central Government Departments with project-implementation experience
    3. Research or Teaching Institutions (ICAR/CSIR) in rural technology development
  • Former Bank Officers with rural banking experience preferred.
Other Requirements
  • Should be proficient in Hindi and English.
  • Should be technology-savvy.
  • Knowledge of Indian rural economy and willingness to travel across India.
  • Must execute a bond as per the bank’s terms and conditions.

Age Limit

  • Preferred Maximum Age: 50 years
  • Relaxation: Up to 65 years for retired/resigned officers with relevant experience
