Salary Details

Grade	Monthly Remuneration
MMGS-II	Rs. 45,000
MMGS-III	Rs. 45,000
SMGS-IV	Rs. 50,000

Eligibility Criteria

Only retired SBI officers are eligible.
Eligible retired grades: MMGS-II, MMGS-III and SMGS-IV.
Must have unblemished service record and good track record.
Must have deep knowledge of SBI systems, procedures and relevant work experience.
Must have retired on superannuation at the age of 60 years.
Officers who resigned, were suspended or left before superannuation are not eligible, except cases allowed under SBI circular provisions.
Candidate should be medically fit and not suffering from any major ailment.
No punishment/penalty of censure or above in the last five years before retirement.
No pending CBI or law enforcement case should exist.

Age Limit

Maximum age as on 31.03.2026 should not be more than 63 years.
Engagement can continue up to a maximum age of 65 years subject to performance and renewal.
No upper age relaxation is available for reserved category candidates.

Fill the online application form.
Upload photograph, signature, ID proof, date of birth proof, experience details and category certificate if applicable.
Submit the form after careful review. Corrections will not be allowed after final submission.

Selection Process

Selection will be based on shortlisting and interview.
Interview will carry 100 marks.
Final merit list will be prepared on the basis of interview marks only.
If marks are equal at cutoff, older candidate will be ranked higher.
No TA/DA will be paid for interview.

Reservation and Fees

Reservation is available for SC, ST, OBC, EWS and PwBD categories as per notification.
PwBD reservation is horizontal.
OBC creamy layer candidates are not entitled to OBC reservation.
EWS candidates must submit valid Income & Asset Certificate.
No application fee is mentioned in the notification.

Contract and Other Information

Contract period: Minimum 1 year and maximum 3 years, or up to age 65, whichever is earlier.
30 days leave allowed during one year of engagement, subject to approval.
No PF, gratuity, bonus, house, furniture or other perquisites will be provided.
Income tax/TDS will be deducted as per rules.
Contract may be terminated by either side with 30 days notice or payment in lieu.
