Application Process

1. Apply online only through SBI Careers under “current openings”; no other mode of application is accepted.
2. Hard copy of application/documents is not required to be sent.
3. Registration is complete only after the application fee is deposited online before the last date.
4. You can save the application and edit saved information. Editing is permitted up to 3 times. After final submission, no changes are allowed.
5. Candidates must upload required documents (e.g., resume, proof of identity, proof of date of birth, category/PwBD certificates where applicable, educational and experience documents as required).
6. Keep a valid email ID and mobile number active for communication/call letters. No hard copy call letter will be sent.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum Basic Qualification (Common for all posts)

• Any one of the following (recognized/approved), with minimum 50% score where mentioned:
  • Bachelor of Design
  • B.Tech/B.E. in CS/CSE/Software Engineering/IT/Electronics/ECE or equivalent in specified disciplines
  • MCA
  • M.Tech/M.Sc. in CS/CSE/IT/Software Engineering/Electronics/ECE or equivalent

Mandatory UX Certification (Common requirement as mentioned)

• Any one of the listed UX certifications (valid as on 31.12.2025), such as:
  • HFI (CUA/CXA)
  • NNG UX Certification
  • IDF UX Design Certification
  • Google UX Design Professional Certificate

Minimum Experience (Post-basic qualification)

Skills / Notes Mentioned

• UX tools (e.g., Figma/Adobe XD etc.) are mentioned across roles.
• Basic coding knowledge (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) is mentioned for multiple roles.

Age Relaxation (Upper Age)

• OBC creamy layer is not eligible for OBC reservation/age relaxation; such candidates must apply as UR.
• OBC NCL certificate must include “non-creamy layer” clause and should be issued during 01.04.2025 to the date of interview (as stated in the notification).
• PwBD certificate: latest certificate dated on/before the last date of registration is required (as stated).

Application Fees

Selection Process

• Selection is through shortlisting and interview.
• Interview carries 100 marks. Qualifying marks are decided by the Bank.
• Merit list is prepared based on interview marks only.
• Tie at cut-off is resolved by age (descending).

Salary / Remuneration

Contractual Posts (Annual CTC upper range; negotiable as mentioned)

• CTC split: Fixed pay 90%, Variable pay 10%.
• Annual increment band up to 10% (performance-based) as mentioned.

Regular Post (Deputy Manager — MMGS-II)

Contract Terms (Contractual Posts)

• Contract period: 5 years.
• Termination: possible with 3 months’ notice or pay in lieu (as mentioned).
