Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Mandatory: Candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
Preferred: FRM and/or CFA certification.

Post-Qualification Experience (As on 31.12.2025)

Minimum 15 years of post-qualification experience in financial operations (accounting/taxation) in Banks, Large Corporates, PSUs, FIs, or Financial Services organizations.
Out of the above, at least 10 years should be in Banks/FIs, and 5 years in senior management level.

Age Limit

Minimum Age: 52 years
Maximum Age: 57 years (as on 31.12.2025)
Relaxation: As per Government of India guidelines for reserved categories.

Selection Process

Shortlisting: Based on educational qualification and experience. The committee’s decision will be final.
Interview: 100 marks; qualifying marks to be decided by the Bank.
CTC Negotiation: Conducted in merit order after the interview.
Final Selection: Based on interview merit and successful CTC negotiation.
Merit List: Prepared based on interview marks; ties resolved by descending age order.

Salary / CTC Structure

CTC will not be a limiting factor for a suitable candidate.
CTC includes 90% fixed pay and 10% variable pay.
Annual Increment: Up to 10% based on at least 90% performance appraisal score.
Variable Pay: Based on half-yearly performance review (March 31 & September 30).
Leave: 30 days per financial year.
Notice Period: 3 months from either side or payment of equivalent compensation.
