Eligibility Criteria

Manager (Salary Package Products)

  • Qualification: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma/Program in Management from an institute recognized/approved by AICTE/UGC/Government bodies.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of post-qualification work experience in Executive/Supervisory/Managerial role in Scheduled Commercial Banks/NBFCs/Insurance Company.
  • Preferred: Experience in Public Sector Banks and in Retail/liability products.

Deputy Manager (Salary Package Products)

  • Qualification: Post Graduate Degree/Diploma/Program in Marketing Management from an institute recognized/approved by AICTE/UGC/Government bodies.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification work experience in Executive/Supervisory/Managerial role in Scheduled Commercial Banks/NBFCs/Insurance Company.
  • Preferred: Experience in Public Sector Banks and in Retail/liability products.

Selection Process

  • Merit List: Prepared based on interview score. In case of tie, older candidate will be given higher rank.
