Eligibility Criteria
Executive Director (Finance)
- Essential Qualification: CA / CMA / 2 years MBA or PGDM in Finance with minimum 60% marks.
- Desirable: Company Secretary (CS) / Degree in Law.
- Experience: Minimum 25 years post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts with exposure to Asset & Liability Management, Forex, Treasury Operations, Resource Raising, Taxation, SOP formulation, Internal Controls, Risk Assessment and Financial Analysis.
- PSU/Govt. Requirement: Minimum 3 years in E8 Grade (₹120000–280000) or CDA Level 14.
- Private Sector Requirement: 2 years immediately below Board Level in Listed/Reputed Company with ₹5000 Cr+ turnover, last year CTC ₹58 lakhs (excluding medical).
Manager (HR & Admin)
- Essential Qualification: Degree in any discipline + 2 years PG Degree in Business Administration/Management with HR/IR/Labour specialization, minimum 60% marks.
- Desirable: B.Tech (Civil/Electrical) / LLB.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years post-qualification in HR/Administration, including Recruitment, Training, Performance Management, HR Policies, Labour Laws, Employee Relations, General Administration, Security, Facility Management, Asset Management.
- PSU/Govt. Requirement: Minimum 2 years in E3 Grade (₹60000–180000) or CDA Level 10.
- Private Sector Requirement: 2 years in Listed/Reputed Company with ₹5000 Cr+ turnover, last year CTC ₹28 lakhs (excluding medical).
Deputy Manager (IT)
- Essential Qualification: BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg) in Computer Science/IT or MCA with minimum 60% marks.
- Desirable: CISSP/CISM/CISA/CCNP Security certification (≥1 year old).
- Experience: Minimum 4 years post-qualification in IT Systems & Network Administration, with at least 1 year in Cyber Security or Information Security domains (ISO 27001).
- PSU/Govt. Requirement: Minimum 2 years in E2 Grade (₹50000–160000) or CDA Level 8.
- Private Sector Requirement: 2 years in Listed/Reputed Company with ₹5000 Cr+ turnover, last year CTC ₹24 lakhs (excluding medical).
Senior Accounts Officer
- Essential Qualification: CA/CMA or 2 years MBA (Finance) with minimum 60% marks (EWS) / 50% marks (SC).
- Experience: Minimum 1 year post-qualification in Finance/Accounts in areas such as Resource Mobilization, Budgeting, MIS, Payroll, Audit, Taxation, Treasury, Accounting, and Reporting.
- PSU/Govt. Requirement: Minimum 1 year in E1 Grade (₹40000–140000) or CDA Level 7.
- Private Sector Requirement: 1 year in Listed/Reputed Company with ₹5000 Cr+ turnover, last year CTC ₹19 lakhs (excluding medical).
Application Fees
Application Fee: ₹1000/- (non-refundable). SC/ST and PwBD candidates are exempted from paying the fee. Payment is to be made through online mode only.

Selection Process
Selection will be based on shortlisting of candidates by marks/experience. In case of a large number of applications, SECI may conduct a screening test, written test, trade test, or skill test. Final selection may involve a Written Test, Group Discussion, and/or Interview. The decision of SECI shall be final. Updates will be posted in the “Career” section of SECI’s official website.
Compensation & Benefits

Reservation & Relaxations
- SC Candidates: 5 years relaxation (for posts reserved for SC).
- PwBD Candidates: 10 years relaxation over and above category relaxation.

- Only persons with 40% or more relevant disability are eligible for PwBD benefits.
