Educational Qualification

Experience Requirement

  • Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience.
  • At least 12 years in Finance/Audit/CS/Compliance/Legal/Risk Management functions in NBFCs/Banks/Financial Institutions.
  • Must be a retired official from Central Government/State Government/CPSUs/State PSUs/Autonomous Body.
  • Rank should not be below E7 level or equivalent.
  • Preference: Hands-on experience in RBI credit regulations.
  • Preference: Knowledge of SEBI/RBI regulations relating to bond markets.

Maximum Age: 63 Years as on 14.02.2026.

Scope of Work and Responsibilities

  1. Implement Board-approved compliance policy and build a strong compliance risk management program.
  2. Develop compliance-oriented culture and governance framework.
  3. Oversee statutory and regulatory compliance within the organization.
  4. Establish compliance standards and implement procedures.
  5. Develop risk management tools to manage compliance risks.
  6. Coordinate regulatory inspections of RBI and other regulators.
  7. Ensure compliance with supervisory observations.
  8. Efficient reporting to Management and Board.
  9. Conduct training and awareness programs.
  10. Assist Board and Management in implementing compliance policies.
  11. Continuous assessment and amendment of compliance policies.
  12. Ensure updated documentation of business manuals and process notes.
  13. Maintain understanding of industry risk management and regulatory expectations.
  14. Exercise independent judgment in compliance matters.
