Note: The Bank reserves the right to allocate any of the above dispensaries as per its discretion. The selected candidate may be attached to one or more dispensaries depending on requirement.

Vacancy and Reservation Details

• OBC candidates must produce a valid Non-Creamy Layer certificate issued on or after April 01, 2025 (based on income for FY 2022–23, 2023–24, and 2024–25).
• EWS candidates must produce an Income and Asset Certificate for FY 2024–25 valid for FY 2025–26, as per DoPT guidelines (OM No.36039/1/2019-Estt(Res) dated January 31, 2019).
• OBC/EWS engagement is provisional and subject to verification from competent authorities. False claims will result in termination and possible legal action.

Eligibility Criteria

• Applicant must possess an MBBS degree recognized by the Medical Council of India (Allopathic system).
• Applicants with a postgraduate degree in General Medicine are also eligible.
• Minimum two (02) years post-qualification experience practicing Allopathic medicine in a hospital or clinic.
• The applicant should have a dispensary or residence within a radius of 10–15 km from the Bank’s dispensaries.

Remuneration and Benefits

• Fixed hourly remuneration of ₹1,000 per hour.
• ₹1,000 per month towards conveyance expenses.
• ₹1,000 per month as reimbursement of mobile charges.
• No superannuation benefits such as Pension, Provident Fund, or Gratuity.
• No leave, perquisites, or additional facilities are admissible.
• If required to attend a dispensary on a public holiday, compensation of ₹1,000 per hour will be paid.
• Remuneration is all-inclusive and paid based on actual duty hours performed.

Selection Process

1. Shortlisting based on eligibility and document verification.
2. Interview conducted by the Bank.
3. Medical examination for shortlisted candidates (at their own cost).
4. Final selection subject to medical fitness and acceptance of Terms & Conditions (Annex-I) and Code of Conduct (Annex-II).
5. Selected candidates must sign an agreement before engagement.

Additional Information and Conditions

• The engagement is purely contractual and does not confer any right to regular employment.
• Maximum working hours: 30 hours per week across all dispensaries combined.
• The Bank may alter duty hours, dispensary allocation, or remuneration if required for administrative purposes.
• Either side may terminate the contract with a 3-month notice or payment in lieu.
• All disputes are subject to jurisdiction of Courts at Ahmedabad.
• The BMC must strictly adhere to the Code of Conduct, including confidentiality, professional ethics, and integrity in service.
• No involvement in political activities, no solicitation of gifts or gratuities, and no outsourcing of duties allowed.
• The BMC shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding patients’ records and Bank’s affairs.
• The Bank reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies or not fill the posts at all.
