Employment Type & Tenure

The posts are purely contractual, initially for three years. The contract is subject to annual review and renewal. The maximum age limit for continuation is up to 60 years. Either party may terminate the contract with one month notice or salary in lieu thereof.

Eligibility Criteria

Designation Eligibility
Faculty Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline; preference for MSW/MA (Rural Development, Sociology, Psychology), B.Sc. (Agriculture/Horticulture/Veterinary), B.A. with B.Ed. Essential: Computer knowledge, teaching flair, local language proficiency, Hindi/English desirable, typing skills in local language required, prior teaching experience preferred.
Office Assistant Graduate (BSW/BA/B.Com) with computer knowledge; proficient in MS Office, Tally, internet; fluent in local language; Hindi/English added advantage; local language typing essential.
Attender Matriculate (10th pass); ability to read & write local language preferred.
Watchman / Gardener Minimum 7th pass; preference for experience in gardening/horticulture/agriculture; ability to read & write local language preferred.

Age Limit

  • Entry Age: 22–40 years
  • Maximum Age for continuation: Up to 60 years

  • Attender & Watchman/Gardener: Selection by Personal Interview only.
